Each resident suite at Aventura Bay Place is part of a “neighborhood,” with shared living rooms and dining rooms for spending time together, along with enclosed courtyards and screened-in porches to enjoy with friends and family. There are different levels of care offered, meaning you only pay for the services you need and use.

We Create
A personalized care plan to ensure that all medical needs are met, and we follow up with chart reviews and regular check ups. We carefully monitor our patient's wellbeing and adapt their care as needed.

To have your doctor come to our facility, or you can visit your own doctor as you wish. Aventura's collaboration with LINK Therapy brings therapy services right to your door, with speech, occupational and physical therapy available on site.
